1. What is the maximum amount I can recieve?

The maximum loan amount varies by state, but in most cases for first time customers the approval amount is $250.

2. What if I need to extend my payment?

This is a tricky question. The short answer is we very strongly discourage extending your payment. The longer answer is that, if you are unable to make your agreed on payments - we will discuss payment options and determine a payment plan that fits your budget.

3. When will I receive my funds?

We will send the ACH/EFT to your checking account the same business day and depending on your bank, you should have your funds next business day.

4. When will my payment be?

You determine the date your loan is due.

5. Do you sell my loan information or application information?

Never. When you're a customer of ours, we put our trust in you to re-pay your loan on time. The least we can do in return is keep your information safe.

7. The website said I was pre-approved, then i received a letter saying I was declined. Why?

The website provides only a pre-approval for a loan, our primary underwriting occurs after the loan application is submited and our agents verify the information. From time to time we find it necessary to reject previously pre-approved applications. The NOAA (Notice of Adverse Action) letter we send to all declined customers will have the exact reason we were unable to fund your loan.

8. I can not find your call center number on the website.

Thats correct. We feel that we can properly service the needs of our customers via email. Call centers are expensive and hard to manage and would increase the cost we would have to charge our customers. We are commited to trying to answer every email you send to us in less than one hour.
